On-Site Grilling
Chef & Grill service must meet the minimum guest requirement of 125 guests.
The menus on this page can be ordered for delivery/pick-up only if the chef & grill service is not requested or if the minimum guest requirement is not met for chef & grill service. However, due to the limited ingredients we have on-hand at our facility and the difficulty of preparation in some food items, our on-site grilling menu selections require a minimum order for 25 guests and at least 3 days notice for delivery/pick-up orders. Chef & grill service requires a minimum of 125 guests.
Policies:

There is a $150.00 fee for chef and grill service in addition to the menu cost.

We do not grill indoors.

Due to different types of menus and grilling, we are not responsible for any type of food stain on driveways or patios.

We ask for allowance of 1 – 1 1/2 hour set-up time prior to serving time.

We only send a chef & grill out to parties of 125 guests or more.
